Use the below formula to determine how many calories you should be eating weekly:
[Current Bodyweight X 11] X 7 = Your WEEKLY Calorie Intake
STEP 1:
Take your current bodyweight in pounds, and multiply by 11. That will be your DAILY calorie number.
STEP 2:
Multiply your DAILY calorie number by 7 to get your WEEKLY calorie number.
STEP 3:
To create your calorie flex, you'll want to split the week into structured high-calorie and low-calorie days.
This might look like 2 high-calories days and 5 low-calorie days. Or 3 high-calorie days and 4 low-calorie days.
Creating your flex will require some math on your part... but the most important part is that your WEEKLY calorie total of both high- and low-calorie days still equal the WEEKLY calorie amount that you calculated above!
*Note: The split between your low and high days should range between 200-600 calories.
P.S. If your daily calories are greater than 2,300 calories, just use 2,300 as your daily calorie number to calculate your weekly calorie number and your calorie flex.
